Senior Nursing Manager
  • 【Key Responsibilities】
  • Work with members of the hospital Senior Management Team to develop and implement organizational policies and strategic plans for the hospital
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing policies and standard, and to provide input to nursing departments on formulation of guidelines and protocols
  • Work with nursing departments on service rationalization and development in accordance with hospital directions
  • Oversee operational activities of nursing departments, the Catering Department and the Domestic Services Department
  • Facilitate and participate in activities to develop the nursing profession including provision of staff training to provide high-quality nursing service to patients and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with professional development and regulatory standard of nursing staff
  • 【Entry Requirements】
  • A degree in nursing or equivalent. Master degree in Nursing or Management is an advantage.
  • Holder of a valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
  • At least 10 years post-registration experience of which at least 5 years is in a management role
  • 【Preferred Attributes】
  • Knowledge of professional nursing practice and nursing development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills to work with all levels of staff
  • Strong assessment, planning, organizing and evaluation skills
  • Demonstrated ability in management and leadership skill

Radiographer I
  • 【Responsibilities】
  • To take charge technological aspects of imaging modalities to provide quality diagnostics service
  • To assist the Department in-charge to perform general administrative duties and to perform specialized clinical duties
  • To supervise the day-to-day duties undertaken by subordinates to deliver a high level of service and care to patients
  • To assist the Department in-charge in quality and risk management to ensure customer and staff safety
  • To assist the Department in-charge in planning of new Radiology service
  • To be responsible for staff training & development
  • To monitor routine maintenance of equipment
  • To perform shift duties and on-call duties when required
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • 【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
  • A degree and/or higher qualification in Radiography from a local university or equivalent
  • A Certificate of Registration (Category D) (Part 1) and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Radiographers Board, Hong Kong
  • At least 5 years’ working experience as diagnostic Radiographer, experience in MRI, PET-CT and CT is an advantage
  • Good communication, problem solving and planning/organizational skills
  • Fluency in written English and Chinese, as well as spoken English and Cantonese
Health Care Assistant - OPD
  • Form 5 or above
  • Certificate of "Health Care Assistant" or related training
  • Work in OPD
  • Shift duty
