Medical Officer (Full Time)*
  • General Practice / Family Medicine outpatient clinic
  • Shift duty between 7am and 11pm daily including public holidays
  • Overnight on-site on-call duty
Radiographer I/II (Full Time / Part Time)
  • Part I/ II registration in HK Radiographers Board
  • Has experience in at least 2 imaging modalities
  • Needs to rotate in CT/MRI/PET-CT/ESWL (training will be provided if required)
  • Needs to take call and shift duty
Analyst Programmer
  • Degree or above in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
  • To develop quality software applications based on user requirements
  • To Perform unit testing, integration testing and functional testing
  • To arrange user acceptance tests
  • To perform data cleansing and data migration
  • To implement software application in production system
  • To prepare user manual and arrange user trainings
  • To provide post-implementation support
  • Hands-on experience in web application development with good security control
  • Experience in one or more of the following: MS SQL, Java, VB.NET, C#, Java Script, AJAX, jQuery, REST API.
  • Holder of related Microsoft Certifications will be an advantage
  • Good team player and willing to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skill
Assistant Human Resources and Administrative Officer
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR & ADM functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relationship and office administration
  • Assist in monthly payroll calculations, including the calculation of final payment etc.
  • Maintain accurate staff record and leave management in HRIS
  • Prepare monthly reports, survey statistics for management review
  • Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies, guideline and procedures
  • Assist in organizing general affairs, staff activities, volunteer activities and other ad hoc assignment
  • Degree holder or above in HRM, Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years all rounded HR and administration experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer application including MS Word and Excel
  • Be self-motivated, positive thinking and able to work independently

Assistant Administrative Officer
  • Higher Diploma or above with formal secretarial training or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Healthcare services will be advantages
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management and Department Head, including but not limited to appointments scheduling, minutes taking, board meeting coordination and logistic arrangements
  • Preparation of presentation materials, internal & external correspondences, and management reports
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system and assist in ad hoc assignments
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks, good team player and work independently
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Administrative Officer
Human Resources and Administrative Assistant
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle including arrange and conduct interview, reference check, prepare contract and conduct new employee orientation etc
  • Provide support in HR & Admin. including analyzing data for management report, organizing general affairs, staff welfare, volunteer activities and perform other and hoc assignment
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration experience
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer application including MS Word and Excel
  • Independent with good communication and interpersonal skill
Administrative Assistant
  • Provide secretarial support to Senior Management
  • Provide administrative support to Department
  • Assists and executives in internal and external communication, including schedule arrangement, prepare meeting material, take meeting minutes, follow-up project progress with different stakeholders
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Higher Diploma or above with formal secretarial training, University graduate will be advantageous
  • 2 years secretarial experience in sizable or multinational company
  • Experience in Healthcare services will be advantages
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and work independently
  • Good team player, interpersonal and communication and skills

Billing Supervisor / Clerk
  • 管理及安排繳費處的日常運作
  • 負責日常帳單結算與現金接收及簽帳卡之處理
  • 協助處理一般帳單查詢及文書工作
  • 中學畢業
  • 具有3年醫院/診所之賬單處理相關工作經驗,有督導經驗者優先考慮
  • 懂電腦操作及中、英文輸入法
  • 良好英語和中文表達及文書處理能力
  • 具團隊合作精神,能夠在壓力下獨立工作
  • 經驗較少者將會考慮為Billing Clerk
  • 需輪班至晚上十一時
電話接線員(一年制合約)
  • 負責接聽門診預約及服務查詢,幫助客人留言給有關部門回覆
  • 中五畢業
  • 曾於醫療機構工作人仕優先
  • 懂使用電腦中、英文輸入預約資料
  • 操流利廣東話,懂普通話英語者更佳
注册护士 - 门诊
  • High diploma in nursing and at least 2 years related experience in Out Patient Service in private hospital
  • Provide good and safety patient care at Out-patient department
  • Provide health care education to patients and their carers
  • Provide a good and accurate document in patient record
注册护士 - 病房
  • 最少两年或以上有关工作经验
  • 良好沟通技巧及能独立工作
注册护士 - 手术室
  • 最少两年或以上手术室/内视镜相关工作经验及训练
  • 良好沟通技巧及能独立工作
中医配药员
  • 中五程度,懂计算机操作及中、英文输入法
  • 曾接受认可的中草药培训,持有中药配药高级文凭或同等学历
  • 具中药配药及药物存仓经验
  • 负责协助中医师监管及执行诊所一般运作事务,包括执药、登记、收费及协助医师进行治疗程序
健康服务助理 - 門診部
  • 中五或以上
  • 具"健康服务助理"或相关训练证书
  • 负责門診部工作

  • 协助厨师烹煮食材、预备所需食物及病人膳食
  • 负责运送餐车、搬运、分派食物、处理食物废料及其他杂务工作
  • 执行由上司所指派的其他工作及部门日常卫生工作,包括厨房、厨具清洁等工作
