-Afternoon Discount is only available from Monday to Friday, 2 pm - 4 pm.  

-Clients must complete their first consultation by August 29, 2025.

-Clients must complete their follow-up consultation within two months of the first consultation, otherwise an additional doctor’s consultation fee will be charged.

-This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

-Elderly Healthcare Vouchers are applicable to the above health check packages.
