【Responsibilities】
- To assist Nursing manager to plan and organize nursing care activities in the delivery of total patient care
- To supervise new staff and monitor their performances
- To supervise Senior Registered Nurses to develop their management skill and coach to all rank staff in clinical practices
- To assist to prepare staff duty roster and job allocation
- To oversee daily operation and administration of Operating Theatre & Endoscopy Department and Central Sterile Supplies Department

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
- Bachelor degree in Nursing or related disciplines, Master Degree preferred
- Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license with valid practicing certificate
- Holder of valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Holder of Peri-operating Nursing/ Anaesthesia Nursing/ Endoscopy Nursing/ Central Sterile Supplies Department Certificate

【Responsibilities】
- Responsible for daily procurement activities to comply with Hospital’s policies and procedures
- Handling of tender/ quotation processes including sourcing qualified suppliers/ contractors, preparing tender/ quotation documents, conducting tender/ quotation evaluation and recommendation, compiling contract documents, etc.
- Responsible for supply chain management including inventory control and replenishment, store management and stocktaking exercises

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
- Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Management/ Business Administration/ Health Management or related disciplines

- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- A responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated team player and be able to work under pressure
- Effective communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
