Strengthening and stretching exercises for the lower extremities can help relieve symptoms and prevent Osteoarthritis. You may have heard of the "Nine Personality Types," but from the perspective of Chinese Medicine, the human body can also be classified into "Nine Body Constitutions."  Through constitution assessment, Chinese medicine practitioners can address skin problems by nurturing the body from the root. Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner Ms. Lai Man Yee from Evangel Hospital will explain in detail the relationship between body constitution and skin care through two free lectures. The first lecture will introduce the "Nine Body Constitutions" and skin care for different constitutions, while the second will cover the care of common skin conditions.
