We are inviting applications from enthusiastic students to join our Student Experience Program designed to provide valuable exposure and enriching professional development.
Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- Aged 16 or above
- A resident of the HKSAR, lawfully employable in Hong Kong
- Enrolled in a full-time accredited program at a local or overseas education institution
Program Details
- Period: June – August 2026 (up to 59 days)
- Hourly Rate: HK$75 per hour
- Mentorship: Each student will be paired with a mentor for guidance and support.
- Orientation Program: All selected students must attend an orientation program in mid June covering hospital tours, data privacy, infection control and workplace safety.
- Reflection & Recognition Ceremony: All students are required to submit a reflection at the end of the program (around beginning/ mid August) covering what they had learned and contributed and encourage to think critically about their progress and set clear next steps how to apply those in future.
- Department Options: Students may choose placements in departments such as Accounting (ACD), Corporate Communications and Marketing (CMD) or Information Technology (ITD).

- 协助门诊、专科及私家医生诊症,及医疗程序
- 接待求诊病人,协助门诊部护理站工作

- 负责提示医生审阅检验报告,需要时交由护士通知病人提前覆诊
- 确保仪器质素合标准,如有故障,即时提出跟进
- 按时增添表格或资讯文件
- 常规性处理过剩的检查报告
- 点算专科中央消毒供应部物品数量
- 必须遵守院方订定之职业安全及健康规则和指引
- 负责检查检验报告之进度,如发现有遗漏,需即时跟进

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
- Form 6 or above
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications; Excel and Word (English and Chinese input)
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
【Responsibilities】
- Oversee the overhaul, maintenance, replacement and emergency response for building systems including HVAC, electrical supply system, plumbing and drainage, medical gas, fire services, BMS, lifts and building fabric.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules, manage spare parts procurement and supervise the daily operations of Facility Management Team.
- Prepare and vet tender specifications, supervise technical staff and contractors and ensure work quality, safety and compliance with contract standards.
- Coordinate with user’s departments and other parties for project planning, progress monitoring, testing and commissioning of new or replacement systems.
- Supervise, monitor and report the performance of contractors, consultants and other parties.
- Assist for coordinating and managing matters related to occupational safety and health.
- Perform on-call, shift, typhoon, adverse weather or emergency duties when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
- Higher Diploma/ Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in building services or project management.
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade BO or above) and valid Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
- Proficiency in English and Chinese; with good computer and reporting skills.
- Preferably with practical experience in healthcare facility management or building service operations.
- Preferably with possession of Construction Worker Registration Card, Supervisor Safety Certificate or Plumber’s License.

【Responsibilities】
- Assist the Nursing Manager in assessing, planning and delivering quality perioperative care
- Serve as a scrub, assistant, or circulating nurse for various surgical and endoscopic procedures, ensuring instruments and equipment are properly prepared
- Provide safe, accurate and compassionate care while maintaining effective communication with doctors, patients and colleagues
- Supervise nursing and support staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure hospital standards and policies are upheld
- Administer medications including controlled drugs and assist in managing complaints or risk cases
- Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients and escort them to other wards or departments or facilities when necessary

- Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license with valid practicing certificate
- Holder of valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Holder of Peri-operating Nursing/ Anesthesia Nursing/ Endoscopy Nursing/ Central Sterile Supplies Department Certificate
- Experience serving as a Scrub, Assistant or Circulating Nurse is required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operating Theatre/ Endoscopy or Central Sterile Supplies

【Responsibilities】
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the nursing station
- Handle patient admission to ward
- Handle internal and external customers to maintain patient services
- Provide administrative and clerical support such as typing, photocopying and fax
- Maintain and monitor ward stock inventory and ordering to ensure smooth operation of the ward
- Answer patients’ calls, report to nurse for any abnormalities or queries
